Upon completion of the booking procedure you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the booking (voucher). It is the exclusive responsibility of the customer to notify us in case he does not receive the e-mail, and also to check if all the information stated on the e-mail has been correctly entered by the customer. All the information entered or which it was required to be entered during the booking procedure is contained in this e-mail. You are kindly requested to print this e-mail and have it with you during transportation. Detailed information regarding your booking is set out in the last step before the booking is completed. You are requested to check the booking details thoroughly at this stage in order to avoid mistakes. The company cannot guarantee to the customer that changes requested 48 hours prior to their transportation will be satisfied. Important notice: The company shall exert every possible effort to satisfy customers’ requests for amendments or any changes within 48 hours prior to the commencement of transportation, e.g. extra vehicle, transportation for routes not included in the booking system etc., but it cannot guarantee that it will be able to do so.
Booking cancellations must always be made in writing by e-mail.
Our company shall monitor arrival hours and therefore we shall wait to meet you regardless of any delay that may occur. In case the driver and the customer fail to meet at the fixed meeting place, the company shall try to contact the customer by telephone. However, it is the responsibility of the customer during the booking procedure to supply the company with the right contact telephone number, which must be a valid one, together with the necessary international telephone codes, so that contact with the customer is feasible. In the case where the customer does not supply Pagkypria Eteria Yperastikon Taxi Ltd with the right contact telephone number, then the customer automatically accepts the responsibility of having to contact the company himself/herself in order to meet the driver. No customer will be compensated i) if the company is unable to contact the customer because of a non-valid telephone number resulting in the transportation not being effected, ii) if the supplied travel details are not correct (e.g. flight number, arrival time) resulting in the transportation not being effected due to the absence of the correct data for the monitoring of arrival. In case the customer will need additional or different vehicles than the ones requested during the booking procedure (e.g. large number of luggage, more persons showing up etc.) there will be extra charges depending on the additional/different vehicles. Unusual requests not included in the booking system are always welcomed and our team shall strive to satisfy them. However, there can be no guarantee that such requests will be satisfied. The charging price for all destinations is inclusive of all costs, including the waiting time of the driver following your arrival.

In no case Pagkypria Eteria Yperastikon Taxi Ltd will pay compensation in excess of the amount that the customer has paid to the company. In the unusual case where the company has failed to effect the transportation paid by the customer, the customer may claim compensation not exceeding the money amount which he/she has paid to the company for the said transportation. Note: Valid for all the destinations serviceable by the company, the drivers reserve the right to refuse customer transportation if the customer is in a state of drunkenness or has an aggressive or offending attitude towards the driver. In such cases no compensation will be paid to the customer. In the case where damage is caused by the customer, Pagkypria Eteria Yperastikon Taxi Ltd reserves the right to take legal action and also to claim compensation for any damages.
